Honda EU2000 with tac-brac® and Tiny-Tach TT2A

The Honda EU2000 generator benefits from the combination of tac-brac® and tiny-Tach TT2A tachometer/hour meter.

The meter currently shows 14 minutes of run time since installation into my generator.

If you look closely, the white ground wire lug is now between the tac-brac and generator. The Tiny-Tach grounding lug was a bit too large for the EU2000 stud and nut as you likely saw in the previous pictures.

There are two tie-wraps managing the Tiny-Tach sensor wire bundle: one to hold the bundle together and another, on the right, to loosely secure it to a generator tie point. The left side of the bundle nestles in the purple tubing.

I’m confident in the safety of this installation, but I monitor the various hot spots for melting insulation. The generator obviously vibrates so I watch for abrasion as well.
