This is an el-cheapo VHF/UHF diplexer. I measure the loss to be about 0.5 dB on both ports. All three ports use PL-259 connectors which are well known to have loss at these frequencies. Thankfully, the link budgets are so robust, this loss is not a problem for this APRS event.
